1. What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity depends on the product, but we usually start from approximately 50 pieces per model. For our ready-made templates, the minimum quantity is 10 pieces.
2. Can I order a prototype/sample before production?
Yes, we perform sampling, and you can order a single prototype to check the cut, fabric, and finish.
3. Do you assist new brands?
Yes. We provide production and branding coaching, advising at every stage — from concept to finished product.
4. Do you have ready-made templates?
Yes, we have many ready-made templates that you can use for your brand. These are proven products aligned with modern trends.
5. Do you offer photo and video sessions?
Yes, we have a dedicated photo and video space on-site, a professional photographer, various backgrounds, and equipment. We also create product flats.
6. How is production priced?
Pricing depends on: product type, fabric type, number of details, accessories, and quantity. We send an individual quote after receiving the project.
7. Do you help with selecting fabrics and accessories?
Yes, we advise and help select the best materials for a specific project. We also have our own material stock.
8. Can I come for a consultation?
Yes, we work on-site — you can schedule a meeting at the sewing workshop.
9. Do you offer product labeling and packaging?
Yes, we provide a full service: labeling, steaming, folding, packaging, and preparation for shipment.
10. Can I provide my own materials?
Yes, we work with both our own fabrics and materials provided by the client.
11. What products do you sew most often?
We specialize in streetwear: hoodies, t-shirts, trousers, leggings, tops, long sleeves, tracksuits. We have an extensive machine park that allows us to sew virtually any type of clothing — from basics, through dresses, jeans, underwear, and outerwear.
12. Do you produce small clothing series?
Yes, we sew both short series and larger batches – we adapt to the client’s needs.
13. Can I order clothing as a private individual?
Of course. We work with companies, brands, and private individuals creating their first projects.
14. Do you offer clothing branding?
Yes. At 4LANS, we offer professional clothing prints made on modern machines that guarantee the highest quality and durability of the print. Depending on the project’s needs, we perform DTG prints – directly on the fabric, or DTF – from film transferred to the material. We also perform: embroidery, screen printing, rhinestones, full-print sublimation, flex and flock foil, and labels.
15. Do you offer full end-to-end service?
Yes – from design and construction, through sewing, branding, and packaging, up to preparation for transport.
16. How long does order fulfillment take?
Fulfillment time is usually 4-6 weeks from the moment the client meets all requirements enabling the production process to start (order form, payment, prototype acceptance, delivery of all necessary materials for production if this is on the client’s side).
17. Do you cooperate with international clients?
Yes, we fulfill orders for clients from Poland and abroad.
18. Do you have your own materials? Do you send samples?
Yes, we have our own material stock. Upon client request, we send samples after prior agreement on requirements.
19. Do you create graphic designs for prints?
Yes, we can prepare graphic designs if the client does not have ready files.

21. What is the production process?
After all formalities are completed, we proceed to create the construction and template. We sew a prototype, which we send to the client. After the client’s approval of the prototype, we move on to creating the size grading. Then, based on the prepared templates, we prepare material cuts in our cutting room. The next step is sewing the cuts together. The finished product goes to our audit and quality department, which checks the product’s compliance with the prototype, its quality, and functionality (e.g., if there are zippers). Checked products are pressed and folded. Then, depending on the arrangements, we label and package the products in individual packaging.
